Temecula has plenty going on this weekend, but these are the three plans we would build around: one easy Thursday night, one proper wine-country afternoon, and one full-scale Sunday show.
Thursday: Classic Journey at the Civic Center
Start the weekend early with the Summer Concert Series — Classic Journey on Thursday, July 23. The free concert runs from 7–8:30 p.m. at the Civic Center Quad, with food vendors nearby. Bring a chair, arrive before the first song, and let Old Town handle the rest of the evening.

Saturday: Corks & Forks at Wilson Creek
For a wine-country centerpiece, choose Corks & Forks: Wine Tasting Around the World at Wilson Creek Winery on Saturday, July 25. The tasting runs from 11 a.m.–2 p.m., leaving room for a slow afternoon elsewhere in the valley.
Why it is worth making: It feels like an occasion without taking over the entire day.
Sunday: Paris By Night at Pechanga
Close the weekend with Paris By Night Live — Trieu Doa Hoa Hong at Pechanga Resort Casino on Sunday, July 26. Pechanga lists performances at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.; check the official ticket page for current availability before choosing your show.
