The winery is home to Southern California's only mined wine cave, located 104 feet underground with 10,000 square feet of space. The property features a speakeasy-style distillery, a cave tasting room, an outdoor climate-controlled pavilion, and The Cave Café. The winery produces over 30 award-winning wines and is known for its famous raspberry and strawberry champagnes, with production of 10,000 cases annually.
