Akash Winery & Vineyards was established in 2010 by Ray, Nalini, and their son Akash Patel. The family-owned winery works with renowned winemaker Renato Sais and produces approximately 10,000 cases annually. The tasting room and open-air patio opened to the public in 2019, offering visitors a relaxed setting to enjoy wines with scenic vineyard views. The winery features wellness classes, yoga+wine sessions, and food service including wood-fired pizza and rotating taco vendors.
