Lake Skinner Recreation Area is a Riverside County park located approximately 10 miles northeast of Temecula in Winchester, California. The park is nestled in rolling hills and operated by Riverside County Regional Parks (RivCo Parks), featuring a 1,400-acre reservoir. The area offers camping, picnicking, hiking, horseback riding, sailing, fishing, and a splash pad. The park features 199 full hook-up RV sites, 18 developed sites with water and electric, and 40 developed water-only sites. Day-use amenities include shade shelters, picnic benches, and barbecues.
